Tasha has been a part of Wildflour Caterers for almost 3 years. She came on board after she graduated from Arlington Career Center. Her main job is in the kitchen, but she is also part of the team that makes our “Just Rewards for Dogs” biscuits.
Tasha’s hard work landed her in Wildflour’s Chef Training Program. Along with 5 other co-workers, she is training to become a certified chef. She is learning how to make various types of foods including soup, quesadillas, and salads. The program also educates her about food management and safety.
As she continues her chef training process, Tasha will learn how to cook different types of meats, master thermometer guidelines and receive her food manager certificate.
When she’s not working, she likes to spend time with her family and her boyfriend Sean. She enjoys going to the movies and listening to music. Tasha is also an exceptional athlete. She plays basketball, soccer and tennis, just to name a few.
Tasha admits she feels excited to come to work every morning. She loves working with the chef and learning new recipes. She will continue to train to one day become a professional chef.
