All food is prepared from the freshest, natural ingredients in our immaculate commercial kitchen in Chantilly VA. Our highly trained delivery and service staffs ensure that your event will run like clockwork.

Our regular customers include Etna Insurance, General Dynamics, Therapeutics MD, the US Air Force, and the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors…to name just a few. Wildflour Caterers routinely handles a wide range of events from breakfasts, to luncheons, to picnic lunches, to hor d’oeuvres buffets or full course dinners. Our event planning specialists and executive chef will work with you to keep things simple —-selecting from a variety of set menus. Or if you would prefer to customize your event menu. We would be glad to help you choose from the some 400 different dishes in our Corporate Catering offering.

Wildflour’s hor d’oeuvers menu alone includes over 70 delicacies. Although we are known for our Italian cooking, Wildflour can do a variety of European cuisines from French to Spanish—all with a nouveau American twist. Try our endive leaves filled with olive cream cheese and smoked almonds or tart shells-bouchees filled with shrimp salad. If your tastes run toward simpler faire, how about cherry tomatoes filled to the brim with crab salad or smoked salmon on black bread with herbed butter.

All corporate events include quality disposal dishes and utensils. At your option, we can provide servers and bartenders. Wildflour Caterers is a member of the American Culinary Federation.
