Oriental Shrimp Burritos

Ingredients:
-1 tbsp vegetable oil
-8 oz shredded coleslaw mix with cabbage and carrots
-1 tsp bottled minced ginger
-1tsp bottled minced garlic
-1 cup of bean sprouts
-1/2 cup sliced green onions with tops
-8 flour tortillas
-10 oz cooked (peeled) shrimp
-1/4 cup stir-fry sauce
-1/4 tsp dried red pepper flakes
-Sweet and sour sauce

Directions:
-Heat oil in large, deep skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
-Add cole slaw mix, ginger and garlic and stir fry for 2 minutes.
-Add sprouts and onions and stir fry for 3 minutes.
-While vegetable mixture is cooking, stack tortillas and wrap in wax paper. Microwave on high until warm.
-Add shrimp, stir fry sauce and pepper flakes to skillet. Stir fry for 2 minutes or until heated.
-Spoon the shrimp mixture into each tortilla and fold over.
-Add sweet and sour sauce to taste.
