This Saturday we will be catering a wedding in Fairfax, Virginia. Today we are baking a beautiful 3 tier cake for the reception.

We will also be providing a variety of over 800 appetizers. Just to name a few; lobster and shrimp spring rolls, duck and apricot brandy, spanakopita, shrimp scampi, elite crab cakes, beef empanadas, cranberry and walnut brie, chicken satay, and coconut malibu shrimp.
